Sauvage

Sauvage, 2023

Sauvage investigates the constructs of Eurocentric views of ancestral Peru, focusing on accounts by french explorers from the XIX century, and archaeology as a symbolic process of the study of cultural processes. Sauvage was part of the presentation of the multimedia performance Kanay, 2023, co-produced by the Koubek Center with funding support from a Knight Arts Challenge Award (2019).
